Representing Working Men & Women
The relationship between you and your employer is essential
to your financial well being. Unfortunately, some employers
do not pay proper wages, grant appropriate leave and do not
provide benefits when workers are hurt on the job. If this has
happened to you, there may be a way Sean Culliton, Esq.,
LLC can help you.
Many people have never hired an attorney and are reluctant

a current member of the Florida National Association of Employment
Lawyers. I have lectured hundreds of other lawyers across the state on
how to effectively represent clients in workers' compensation matters. I
am admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida; as well as the
Northern and Middle District Federal Courts. I have also participated in
appeals before the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee.
I am a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and have
a finance degree from the University of Florida. I am also a proud
graduate of Maclay School in Tallahassee.
How can we help you?
We represent injured workers in legal proceedings to secure medical
and financial benefits. If a client wants to settle their workers'
compensation case, we handle those negotiations.
Those who have not been paid overtime under the Fair Labor
Standards Act have powerful legal weapons to secure their unpaid
overtime and a penalty which may double the amount owed.
The Florida Minimum Wage ($6.790/hr in 2008) allows underpaid
workers to participate in class actions against their employers and
receive double the amount owed to them.
Veterans who have been denied benefits may appeal the denial of
those benefits. If you have questions regarding your rights, please feel
free to call.
